دور غرفة التجارة الدولية في تسوية المنازعات التجارية الدولية

Abstract

تندرج هذه المذكرة ضمن الدراسات القانونية التي تعنى بتسوية المنازعات التجارية ذات الطابع الدولي في ظل تزايد الحاجة الى آليات قانونية بديلة عن القضاء التقليدي، وقد تم اختيار موضوع دور غرفة التجارة الدولية لما تتمتع هذه الهيئة من مكانة دولية متميزة في مجال تنظيم العلاقات التجارية وتسوية النزاعات الناتجة عنها، ويعد هذا الموضوع من المواضيع ذات الأهمية النظرية والعملية في آن واحد لما له من أثر مباشر على استقرار المبادلات التجارية الدولية وتعزيز الثقة بين المتعاملين الاقتصاديين وتندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن الجهود الاكاديمية الرامية الى فهم الأطر القانونية الحديثة وتقييم مدى فاعليتها في الواقع العملي. الكلمات المفتاحية: غرفة التجارة الدولية – المنازعات التجارية الدولية – التحكيم – الوسائل البديلة – تسوية النزاعات – العلاقات التجارية

Summary: This thesis falls within the scope of legal studies concorned with the resolution of international commercial disputes. Particularly in lighte of the increasing need for altenatine mechanisms to traditional litigation. The choise of the topic-focusing on the role of the international standing of this institution in organizing commerciale relations and resolving related disputes, this subject holds both theoretical and practical signicance, given its direct impact on the stability of international trade exchanges and the reinforcement of trust among economic actors, the study contributes to academic efforts aimed at understanding modern legal frameworks and assessing their effectiveness in practice.
