Abstract

This study addresses the issue of official and customary electronic documents and their recognition as evidence in civil matters, discussing their validity in light of Algerian legislation. The study focuses on documents generated through the use of modern communication means, covering their concept, conditions of validity, and the authenticity of each type. The aim is to confirm the possibility of relying on electronic documents as evidence, just like traditional paper documents.
