    The purpose of this study is to evaluate the existing prerequisites for an adequate application HACCP approch within the municipal slaughterhouse of Bordj Bou Arreridj. First, an evaluation of the prerequisite programs (PRPs) according to the PASA (ACIA) standard was conducted by pressing a few microbiological analyzes, the results showed a general satisfaction percentage of 38.87%. Following the study of corrective and preventive actions have been proposed to provide a suitable environment for the implementation of the HACCP approach to produce healthful meats.
