Abstract

إن تجمع الشركات يعد وسيلة للتركيز الاقتصادي من أجل تحقيق أهداف إدارية و اقتصادية تتماشى مع قواعد المنافسة، فأصبح بإمكان أي شركة أن تمتلك حصصا وأسهما من شركات أخرى تسمى بالشركة القابضة التي تقوم بتسيير أسهمها و مراقبتها،حيث تتمتع الشركة التابعة بالشخصية المستقلة رغم علاقتها التبعية للشركة القابضة من الناحية العملية. الكلمات المفتاحية:تجمع الشركات- الشركة القابضة- الشركة التابعة – المساهمة- الرقابة.
