Abstract

في عصر السرعة، أصبحت الإدارة الفعالة للوقت من أكبر أولويات الناس،وهذا يفسر الإزدهار الكبير الذي تشهده التجارة الالكترونية في السنوات الاخيرة، وذلك نظرا للتسهيلات التي توفرها للمستهلك الإلكتروني، حيث صار بامكانه التسوق من خلال شاشه هاتفه أو حاسوبه دون الحاجة لهدر أي وقت أو بذل أي مجهود يذكر، إلا أنه وبالرغم من المزايا التي توفرها التجارة الإلكترونية للمستهلك الإلكتروني فهي تجعله عرضة لأخطار كثيرة، كون عقودها تتم في بيئة معقدة وخطيرة ألا وهي شبكة الإنترنت.مما دفع أغلب الدول ومن بينها الجزائر إلى تكريس آليات قانونية تهدف لتوفير الحماية اللازمة للمستهلك الإلكتروني. الكلمات المفتاحية: المستهلك الإلكتروني _ التجارة الإلكترونية _ العقد الإلكتروني. Abstract: In the era of rapid advancements, effective time management has become a top priority for many individuals. This urgency explains the significant growth observed in e-commerce over recent years, as it offers considerable convenience to the online consumer. Consumers can now shop through their phone or computer screens without wasting time or exerting much effort. However, despite the numerous advantages e-commerce provides, it also exposes consumers to various risks since transactions occur within the complex and potentially hazardous environment of the internet.
